License for all content of the Oekonux Wiki

All content of the Oekonux Wiki is subject to the CreativeCommons Attribution (by) license.

Here are some clarifications regarding the application of the license:

• Definition of the Work

  Each version of each Wiki page is a Work in its own right in the sense of this license. This applies to all technical formats of the page such as HTML, the source text, an XML version or any other format which may be available.

• Definition of the Licensor

  The Licensor is the Oekonux Community as embodied by the people on the mailing list [pox]. In case a legal entity is absolutely necessary the registered association Projekt Oekonux e.V. will take on this role.

• Definition of the Original Author

  The Original Author is the natural person who modified a page. Unless the Original Author is not mentioned explicitly on the page - for instance by way of signing a contribution - the Original Author is considered to be not supplied in the sense of the license. In particular the technical availability of authorship by extended page information alone does not mean that the author is supplied.

  By saving a modified version the Original Author non-exclusively gives all transferable rights to the Licensor without a royalty.

• International applicability

  In case it comes to a law suit and in case the regulation by the CreativeCommons framework is unclear on which national license to apply the Licensor has the exclusive right to determine the applicable license.

• Associated Uniform Resource Identifier

  The Uniform Resource Identifier associated with a Wiki page is the URL this page is available under at the time it is copied.
